Generally your deliveries will be made to your choice of home or work within 2 days

gatherly will charge you one delivery fee. This fee is irrespective of the number of products or producers that you buy

gatherly is currently in a phase of starting up. We are doing a controlled launch in the market. We are excited to move to a full launch when we are confident in creating a great experience for all our customers and producers.

gatherly will be a national solution over time. Until mid 2026 gatherly will be focused on customers in the Auckland market.

gatherly partners with NZ Post for deliveries. An update email will be sent to you regarding the status of your purchase. Within the email there is a chance to make some amendments to your delivery. (NEED TO VALIDATE THIS) potential additional cost?

gatherly is not a supermarket. gatherly wants to make incredible New Zealand produce available to New Zealanders in the best condition possible. Gatherly sources direct from producers around the country and deliver directly to you. 

Some of gatherly’s products are organic. gatherly stands behind its producers and the incredible produce they grow / create. Our producers are focused on creating the best quality produce possible.

gatherly has a strategic partnership with NZ Post. Within the NZ Post ecosystem is a perishable highway that looks after your products right up to your door.

gatherly is happy to work with you if the product you have ordered does not arrive fresh and fantastic. Simply contact us and we will work with you to understand what might have happened.

gatherly does not offer discounts or gift cards yet. We are working on being excellent and sourcing and delivering incredible produce.
